Novaweb is a small WordPress studio based in Iași, Romania, built around a simple idea: clear, well-crafted websites that are easy to manage. We work remotely with companies at home and abroad, building business websites, WooCommerce stores, landing pages and custom WordPress projects, with technical SEO included from the start.

Who are we?
Based in Iași. Remote.
We are based in Iași, Romania, and we have worked remotely since the start. Everything happens online: written brief, email, phone, and Google Meet. No meetings held for the sake of holding them. Every stage is defined in advance. We agree on what needs to be done, work from the materials you send, propose solutions, collect your feedback, and implement what you approve. The process is the same whether you are one hour away or seven.

Web Designer
Rafaela handles the visual side of projects: design direction, layout, colors, fonts, images, visual consistency, and mobile adaptation. She works on the project’s agreed structure and turns the content into a clean, uncluttered page that is easy to scan.

How do we work with clients in other countries and time zones?
Distance has never been the hard part. Everything already happens online, so a client in another country goes through exactly the same process as one in the next city.

The project is discussed, built, and launched through a written brief, email, and scheduled calls, with feedback collected in one place instead of scattered across messages. You write, we reply within one business day. If your message arrives during our evening, the answer is usually waiting when you start your next day. Documents are signed digitally. We invoice in euros, US dollars, or Romanian lei, and the contract is in English. At handover you receive the website, the accounts, and full access to everything.
At first glance, a team of 2 people may seem small. It depends on how you look at it.

You work directly with the people building the website. There are no unnecessary layers of communication, and decisions are made faster. Instead of wasting time explaining the same idea multiple times, we discuss what needs to be done and get to work.
The limits we state clearly
We do not take on every project and we do not promise unrealistic deadlines. If a project needs a large team, complex custom development, or extensive daily support, we say so from the start. We would rather be honest than accept something we cannot deliver well.

We do not work with vague promises. Before we start, we establish what we deliver, what materials are needed, the estimated timeline, and each party’s responsibilities. If texts, images, access, or feedback are missing, the timeline may shift.
After launch, we can continue with WordPress maintenance, search engine optimization, or targeted improvements, depending on the project’s needs.
