We update WordPress, the plugins and the theme in a controlled way, with a backup before and checks afterwards. For websites we built ourselves, the more sensitive changes are tested before they are applied to the live site.

We make automatic copies of the website and also keep a separate copy off the server. If something goes wrong with the hosting, the site does not depend on a single backup. Restores are done on request, usually within the same business day.

Wordfence checks the files and blocks access attempts, while Cloudflare filters dangerous traffic before it ever reaches the server.

We handle the updates, the checks, the monitoring, the backups and the monthly report, so you no longer have to keep track of every single update.
We work remotely, from Iași, Romania. Maintenance runs on a monthly rhythm, so what matters is not distance but that updates, backups, and checks happen on time. You write, we reply within one business day. We communicate by email, phone and Google Meet.

Yes. We can take over websites built by other agencies or freelancers. We start with the free assessment, and if there are older problems that need solving before the monthly maintenance can begin, we tell you clearly what that involves and what it costs.
Changes to texts, images, prices, or adjustments within existing sections. These come out of the time included in your package: 1 hour on Basic and 2 hours on Pro. New features, or work that goes beyond the included time, are quoted separately before we do them.
We roll back to the version saved before the update and identify the cause. If the problem comes from the WordPress maintenance work we carried out, the fix is not charged separately.
Website maintenance works best when it is done consistently, not only when something goes wrong. Six months lets us configure the protection properly, watch how the site behaves, and keep the updates and backups current. After that period, you continue only if the service is useful to you.
