Why do we display prices publicly?
We know many agencies avoid displaying prices. We understand the reason: each project can have different requirements. However, a client needs a budget range before sending a request a quote.
The displayed prices are starting prices. They help you understand if our services fit your budget and if it’s worth discussing further.
The final price is determined after we see what you specifically need: number of pages, features, texts, images, products, integrations, SEO, maintenance or post-launch support.
For us, transparency means knowing from the start what to expect. No vague quotes, no hidden costs and no discussions starting from “it depends” without explanations.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Website projects are usually paid in two stages: a 50% deposit at the start and the remaining 50% upon completion, before the website is published on the final domain. For larger projects, payment can be divided into several stages depending on the scope, timeline and workload.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee for website development, SEO, audit or maintenance services because each service involves customized work based on the specific requirements of the project. Instead, we work in clearly defined stages, with feedback, approval and the revisions specified in the quote, so the project can be adjusted as it progresses.
You can cancel a plan with 30 days’ notice, without penalties or cancellation fees. For SEO, we recommend a minimum commitment of six months because meaningful results require time, data and ongoing optimization. Maintenance can be canceled when you no longer need monthly support.
Because the price covers more than simply putting a few pages online. A professional website requires a clear structure, design tailored to the brand, thorough mobile testing, a properly configured WordPress installation, essential SEO, working forms and post-launch support. A low-cost website may appear to save money initially, but it often needs to be rebuilt when problems with design, speed, usability or conversions become apparent.
The final price may increase when a project requires more than the standard package, such as additional pages, custom functionality, a large product catalog, complex forms, translations, third-party integrations, membership features, online courses, content creation, extended SEO work or additional technical configuration. The prices shown are starting prices, and the final quote is confirmed once the full scope is clear.
It depends on the type of project and when we receive the required content and materials. A landing page can be completed within 3–5 business days, a standard business website within 14 business days and a WooCommerce store within 21 business days. The timeline may be longer for projects with more pages, complex content or additional functionality. Prompt feedback during each approval stage is also important for keeping the project on schedule.
Yes. We work fully remotely. The entire process, from brief to launch, happens by email and scheduled calls, in English, and we invoice in euros, US dollars, or Romanian lei. Documents can be signed digitally, so the process works the same regardless of location.
Yes. You can view selected projects on our portfolio page, including work in hospitality, B2B cleaning, tourism, real estate, furniture, construction, education, media and handmade products. You can also read feedback from previous clients on our Google Business Profile.
A business website presents the company, its services, key advantages and the reasons a potential client should get in touch. A product catalog is more suitable when you have many products, categories, technical specifications or variants, but sales are handled through quote requests rather than direct online payments.
A product catalog presents your products and directs potential customers to request a quote. It does not include a shopping cart, checkout or online payments. An online store supports direct purchases, with product pages, a cart, checkout, online payments, customer accounts, courier delivery and order management through WooCommerce.
